We teach practical self-defense in a safe, supportive, non-competitive environment. Beginners are always guided by an instructor, with a focus on health, confidence, and personal safety—not violence.

MUSICAL QIGONG

Musical Qigong

Musical Qigong is a mindful practice that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and focused intention to support relaxation and overall well-being. The music being played has proven sound healing benefits. It is accessible to all ages and abilities and can be adapted for a wide range of physical conditions, including recovery and limited mobility.
Practiced in a calm, supportive environment, Musical Qigong helps cultivate inner balance and restoration through structured breathing and guided awareness. It is also integrated into group classes and dedicated community sessions, including a free weekly Friday night class.


BAGUA

Bagua

Bagua is a flowing internal art that develops strength, balance, coordination, and focus through mindful movement and circle walking.
